Expected a bedroom and living room and one bathroom. What I got was two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This was great! We kept our clothes in one bedroom and that gave us more room in second bedroom. Kitchen was nice as well, with all needed to cook and eat. Breakfast provided was wonderful. So much food!

Room was awesome. Customer service great. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Great that the hot tub worked when it was snowing. Will tell others to stay at this hotel in other areas. I will be looking to use your brand in other locations.

Very nice, quiet, well kept and grounds were well maintained. Inside, it is a seasoned property..however well maintained. They accept pets, pet area kept up well, nice additional community yard that is pet friendly!

A different main bfst entree was provided each day in addition to usual offerings and all were very good. You also have a full kitchen in your suite. The lobby/front desk had wine and beer on draft for purchase for your evening enjoyment. There are grills and outdoor tables to enjoy the lovely pool and courtyard area, a basketball court to shoot hoops, and a hot tub. Indoors you have a workout facility and a business center. Your suite has a sofa which flips out to a full size bed. (We didn’t realize that) We were taking our college student to get settled and it was a home away from home!

This property is a jewel - it's across from a golf course and in front of a mountain, and has access to miles of trails so if you're traveling with dogs, this is the best. The rooms are large, have a full working kitchen, and full bathtubs. The pool is large and the pool/hottub area are clean and inviting. The central building/breakfast lounge is the same - clean and inviting. The breakfast is good. The best part about traveling through Flagstaff on business is knowing I will get to stay here. Oh, and the staff is above and beyond when it comes to accommodating weary travelers and our many extra requests and needs.

Suite had everything we needed to utilize the kitchen and there was a fantastic dog park for our dogs to run and play each day. Well maintained and clean.

room was comfortable esp for extended stays as there is a full kitchen and living room. I liked the (included) breakfast. good offerings in addition to regulars (eggs, french toast), they had yogurt, breakfast tacos and full selection of pastries (muffins, bagels, etc).

The rooms (basically a small two bedroom apartment) were very comfortable. It was great for a family of five (three kids under 5). Very peaceful and the kitchen included a real coffeemaker, large refrigerator, microwave, and stove. The complex is also an easy hour plus drive to the Grand Canyon and a great self-sufficient space to rest without feeling like you’re in a hotel. It was perfect for our road trip.

We liked the location. it felt safe and was easy to access. we liked the spaciousness of the suite. kitchen and living area were great for meals and gathering. it was bright and cheery. Everything worked well. workout room and pool etc were great. high quality gym equipment which we used every day. staff very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed having a fire log every night to burn. The set up of the room was awesome having bedrooms and doors to shut. The jacuzzi tub outside and basketball court for the kids to play. The pull out couch for someone to lounge in the living room. There is a laundry facility on site that was perfect to use. It uses an app and times your washer and dryer for you. So you know exactly when to go down. The little store they have to purchase items was convenient. Breakfast was perfect. They had the cutest little bags to go and a bunch of items to chose from.
